Classroom Management Plan
Classroom management is one of the most important parts of teaching, and it is critical to have a plan already created that you can use to start the year off. There are so many different models and methods of classroom management, and, having been a student for most of my life, I feel that I have seen many of them in action. I created my classroom management plan in EDUC 5143, which was absolutely one of my favorite courses to take. The course had us explore and discuss various types of classroom management models and then create our own classroom management plan based on the models that we liked. In my opinion, one of the greatest components of classroom management is that you can pick and choose different ideas and methods from different models to form your own classroom management plan. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of creating my own classroom management plan, and I feel that this project does a great job of displaying the knowledge and skills that I have gained in EDUC 5143 to achieve Proficiency Two.
