Final Reflection
I absolutely love reflecting on my experiences because it shows me how much I have learned and grown over a period of time. Although this is my final reflection for my MAT portfolio, it is not the end. The end of the MAT program is only the beginning of the long teaching career that I will have. Years from now, I would love to compare my MAT Final Reflection to where I am then, so that I can see how I have changed and grown over time. I truly believe that this assignment has further helped me achieve my mastery of Proficiency Five by showing my commitment to learn and grow, to improve the teaching profession, and to maintain professional ethics and personal integrity. One maintains professional ethics and personal integrity by constantly learning and growing through professional development and other experiences, which is something that I highly value. Even though I will soon be finished with my MAT program, I will never stop learning and growing as an individual and educator.
